Dominik joined IPP in September 2025 as a Logistics Planner in the Operations department. “I was motivated by the chance to develop my logistics skills on a larger scale while using the experience I already had,” he says. “From day one, I knew I’d made the right choice.”

Even in his first months, Denni has seen IPP’s strong commitment to people. “The onboarding process was structured and supportive, and I really appreciated initiatives like Health Day, which show how much IPP values wellbeing,” he says.
In his role, Denni leads the Sales Managers and ensures commercial goals are achieved through teamwork and strategic alignment. His days are dynamic, involving strategy meetings, customer calls, and close collaboration with operations and logistics. “No two days are the same,” he explains. “That variety keeps the work exciting and fulfilling.”

For Shamam, joining PRS as a Return System Specialist marked the start of an exciting new journey. Responsible for the DACH region and sometimes Romania, she immediately felt part of something special. “From day one, I felt truly welcomed - like part of the PRS family,” she says.
Her role focuses on pallet collection and coordination, ensuring smooth processes and supporting improvement projects. The collaborative atmosphere is what she values most. “We help each other, share experiences, and regularly exchange ideas. It strengthens the team and makes our work more effective.”
Open communication and strong support from her manager and colleagues make her daily work both enjoyable and productive. She appreciates the international nature of PRS, as well as the opportunities for professional development. “I’ve been able to take part in projects that helped me grow, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance,” she explains.
