As a Logistics Planner, Dominik manages pallet pickups and shipments, monitors stock levels across depots, and coordinates flows between Poland and other European regions. “It’s a dynamic job where no two days are the same,” he explains. “You’re constantly learning and solving new challenges.”

What stands out most for him is the teamwork. “Everyone is friendly and always willing to help – across all departments,” he says. “That makes work both easier and more enjoyable.”

Dominik also values how IPP encourages growth. “Whenever I have questions, I get full support, and working in an international environment helps me improve every day.”

His advice to others? “Join IPP – you won’t regret it!”

Dynamic work, supportive team

Dominik joined IPP in September 2025 as a Logistics Planner in the Operations department. “I was motivated by the chance to develop my logistics skills on a larger scale while using the experience I already had,” he says. “From day one, I knew I’d made the right choice.”

In his role, Max ensures financial statements are accurate and compliant while supporting projects that strengthen operational efficiency. “It’s a great mix of analytical work and teamwork,” he explains. “We collaborate across departments, which gives me insight into how finance connects to every part of the business.” He describes PAKi’s culture as open and people-oriented. “From day one, I felt supported. Everyone’s approachable, and there’s a genuine willingness to help each other succeed.” Flexibility and trust are also key. “We’re given space to take ownership of our work, which builds motivation and accountability,” he adds.

For Jolein Kuijpers, creativity and collaboration go hand in hand. As a Marketing and Communications Specialist at PRS for the past two years, she values the freedom and trust she’s given to take on projects that inspire her and allow her to use her creativity.

Her work ranges from internal newsletters and customer mailings to social media content, often involving colleagues from different departments and countries. “Working with colleagues across Europe makes the job more interesting and challenging,” she says.

She enjoys the international scope of her projects, which often require tailoring messages for diverse audiences across Europe. “I quickly realized there’s so much more to the world of pallets than people think,” she adds with a smile. Flexibility plays an important role in her working week. Jolein divides her time between home and the office, using quiet home days for tasks that need focus and office days for brainstorming and connecting with others.

Beyond her marketing role, she’s an enthusiastic member of the activities committee, helping to organize events that bring people together. “The highlight of the year is definitely the end-of-year celebration around Christmas,” she says.

Leonie’s team plays a central role in linking departments and key clients. “We make sure information flows smoothly and align customer goals with our broader strategy in development and digitalisation. It’s all about creating synergy that adds real value,” she explains.

What she values most is PAKi’s genuine commitment to sustainability. “The circular economy is at the heart of what we do. It’s fulfilling to know our work helps preserve resources for the future.” As a leader, she focuses on enabling others to grow. “I see my role as creating space for people to learn, take ownership, and find meaning in their work.”

“Collaboration, strategy, and purpose – that’s what keeps me inspired,” says Leonie Chantrel, Manager of the Key Account Management Team at PAKi. Since joining in 2019, she’s seen the company transform through growth, innovation, and a strong sense of community.

Denny has been working as Expert Logistic Operations & Customer Care at vPOOL since December 2024. From the start, he was impressed by the company’s modern, digital, and sustainable approach, as well as its warm and dynamic culture. His typical day begins with organising logistics processes. Communication with customers and partners happens mainly via email and phone. Flexibility is essential, as each day brings new challenges - making his role both varied and exciting.

A key benefit of his position is the flex office setup: Denny works mostly remotely from the Ruhrgebiet and uses the sister company PAKi’s office in Ennepetal once a week. This arrangement gives him autonomy and flexibility, allowing him to balance work with personal interests, like caring for his pets. Regular team communication through various channels ensures smooth coordination and a strong team spirit. The connection with PAKi colleagues also adds value: the modern workspace and friendly atmosphere support productivity and collaboration.

Once a month, Denny spends a week at the vPOOL office. The familiar hotel in Rothenburg and the peaceful surroundings offer a pleasant change of pace. Team dinners have become a valued tradition. Her role combines both. “No two days are alike – one day I’m designing posters or campaigns for colleagues, the next I’m shaping a LinkedIn story or branding project. I love how I can grow in both directions: developing my creativity while becoming more strategic in branding.”
