Leonie’s team plays a central role in linking departments and key clients. “We make sure information flows smoothly and align customer goals with our broader strategy in development and digitalisation. It’s all about creating synergy that adds real value,” she explains.
What she values most is PAKi’s genuine commitment to sustainability. “The circular economy is at the heart of what we do. It’s fulfilling to know our work helps preserve resources for the future.” As a leader, she focuses on enabling others to grow. “I see my role as creating space for people to learn, take ownership, and find meaning in their work.”
Through programmes like PAKi’s Next Generation Driver and the Faber Group Emerging Leaders initiative, Leonie has expanded her leadership perspective. “There’s a spirit of curiosity and energy here – every challenge is an opportunity to evolve.”

In his role, Max ensures financial statements are accurate and compliant while supporting projects that strengthen operational efficiency. “It’s a great mix of analytical work and teamwork,” he explains. “We collaborate across departments, which gives me insight into how finance connects to every part of the business.” He describes PAKi’s culture as open and people-oriented. “From day one, I felt supported. Everyone’s approachable, and there’s a genuine willingness to help each other succeed.” Flexibility and trust are also key. “We’re given space to take ownership of our work, which builds motivation and accountability,” he adds.
Continuous learning is encouraged through development opportunities and skill-building sessions. “You’re never standing still here,” Max says. “There’s always a new challenge or project that broadens your perspective.”
And beyond work? “Events like our 50th anniversary celebration remind us how connected we are as a team – that sense of belonging really defines PAKi.”
Structure meets collaboration
“For me, finance is about more than numbers – it’s about understanding how our decisions move the business forward,” says Max Heinrichs, Finance Manager at PAKi. He joined the company a year and a half ago, drawn by its international outlook, innovative mindset, and sustainability-driven approach.

Her position allows her to work across many areas – from social media planning and content creation to event organisation and internal communication. “The variety keeps things fresh,” she says. “It’s exciting to contribute to projects that connect people and strengthen our brand.” What impressed her most from the start was the open and supportive culture. “People are approachable, curious, and genuinely interested in helping you grow. That creates a great environment for trying out new ideas.”
Being trusted with responsibility early on helped her build confidence quickly. “That level of trust motivates you to bring your best,” she explains. A standout memory so far is the Open House event in May, where colleagues, families, and guests came together to celebrate the company’s newly renovated building. “It showed how much heart and teamwork go into everything we do.”
Her advice to anyone considering PAKi: “If you value collaboration and want your ideas to make an impact, you’ll feel right at home here.”
A role with room to explore
“Creativity, teamwork, and trust – that’s what makes my work so rewarding,” says Nantje Kiwitt, who joined PAKi in April 2024 as Expert Marketing. She was drawn to the company’s global reach and its authentic commitment to sustainability and innovation.
